Booking Policies
- Bringing your own items? Send us 1 sample of each item at least 1 week before the event so we can test and calibrate our equipment.
- Your date must be confirmed at least 2 weeks before the event.

Book Live Engraving
Tell us about your event and we'll reply with a quote. This is a booking request — your date is confirmed once you approve the quote, at least 2 weeks before the event. Bringing your own items? We need 1 sample of each at least 1 week before.
Live Event FAQ
Do guests choose their own engraving?
Yes! Fonts and designs are chosen ahead of time, then guests pick from a few personalization options at the event so everyone gets served.
How long does each engraving take?
It depends on the item and design. We'll help you choose items and options that work for your guest count and event length.
Is it safe for guests?
The laser works inside an enclosed machine. We'll go over setup, space and ventilation needs for your venue before the event.
Can you do outdoor events?
Often, yes. We'll talk through power, shade and space needs during your consultation.
